Instructions to book:

Check the availability calendar to determine the dates are open.
Review the availability and Rates page to determine the rental rate (pay special attention if its a Holiday).
I will then contact you to make arrangements for payment after reviewing your documents for completeness.
FYI- Forms of payment: PayPal or Venmo

^* 3% additional charge if using Paypal with a credit card. However there are ways to pay w/Paypal for NO FEE at all such as using your debit card, savings or checking linked accounts. ALWAYS remember when your paying to select “friends & family” payment so you do not incur the charge as well.

Poconos Booking Instructions:

You will also need to provide me a copy of your valid ID & Credit Card used to book.

COVID CHANGED EVERYTHING:

Please be super accurate as if anything above differs then the gate may prevent you from entering. There are NO REFUNDS from the Gate blocking you from entering as you did not provide accurate info.

You are limited to a total of 10 guests and 4 cars max. Violating those rules and fines start at $1000- $15000 per day. Covid rules are strictly enforced and you should check state and community guidelines daily as they will fine you.
