RATES

Non-Holiday rates:

Mid week rates start at $200 per night
Weekend rates start at $250 per night

Holiday rates:

They range from $300-$450 per night

Minimum rental period

2 nights off season

3-7 nights prime season & holiday periods

Additional Fees/Info (If any):

Additional fees: $212 for cleaning
Security (refundable) :
$350 (unless booked on an app) and additional $150 if using the hot tub.
* Additional fee's (weekend/week) if you want use of :
Laundry Room: $60/$95
AC: $90/$180 (smart controller over-ride)
Hot Tub Summer: $100/$200
Hot Tub Winter: $150/$300

** Propane is not included with the BBQ's. Tanks are supplied. They may or may not have propane in them. All propane fill ups are a short distance away & conveinant. Around $20.
