BEFORE BOOKING: You must agree to all the Rules first please & no more than 11 people & 4 cars are allowed.

Entire home is yours! Its a SMART home as well so automatic outside lights to guide you home and SMART codes to front door to let you in during check-in.

Other things to note
Once booked your rental fee is NON refundable.

AC, laundry & Hot tub are SMART controlled and require separate agreement and fee. *hot tub is $150 set up fee for example .Please read and agree to the house rules prior to booking.

Absolutely no more than 11 people & 4 cars or the community will ticket you. Friends or family or other guests outside of the 11 people are NOT allowed to visit your rental lot. Fines for overcrowding start at $1000 per occurrence per day. Of the and up to 11 guests (no more then 3 unrelated adults are allowed by the HOA).

Forms and documents are to be signed and sent to the owner within 36 hours after booking. Also, If forms are not sent 3 business days before the check in date the community charges a late check in fee as well that you must pay an additional $150.

You are required to fill out additional CDC and Covid questionnaire forms (2).
